Christmasworld 2027 International Trade Fair for Seasonal and Festive Decorations
Christmasworld 2027 takes place from 29 January to 2 February 2027 at Messe Frankfurt, Germany. The trade fair brings together seasonal decoration suppliers and professional buyers sourcing Christmas collections, festive displays and products for other celebrations. It is organised by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH.
Seasonal Collections and New Highlights at Christmasworld 2027
Christmasworld covers both products for shop shelves and ideas for decorating larger spaces. Retailers, wholesalers, garden centres, florists and visual merchandisers can compare seasonal ranges, while shopping-centre and city-marketing teams can explore concepts for public displays.
For 2027, Seasonal Gifts & Toys joins the offering in Hall 4.1. Global Sourcing moves to Hall 10.2, and Decoration Unlimited will be in Hall 6.2. These changes make the current hall plan particularly useful when arranging supplier meetings.
Build your visit around the buying decisions you need to make: new collections, complementary gift lines or larger decoration projects. Prepare questions about minimum orders, delivery schedules, packaging and repeat availability so supplier conversations produce information you can use after the fair.

How to Book Visitor Tickets or Apply to Exhibit
Buy admission through the official visitor ticket information page. Online one-day tickets currently cost €29 with Info Service or €43 without it. The lower rate requires consent to receive emails from Messe Frankfurt. Check the selected ticket’s conditions before purchasing.
Exhibitors follow a separate process. Submit a non-binding intention to exhibit, review the organiser’s space proposal and confirm the location before participation is confirmed. The official exhibitor information page explains applications, space charges and preparation.
Space allocation comes from the organiser. Commissioning a stand designer or fabricator is a separate decision once your booked package and construction requirements are clear.
Getting to Christmasworld by Train, Air or Car
From Frankfurt Central Station, take the U4 to Festhalle/Messe, or an S3, S4, S5 or S6 train to Frankfurt (Main) Messe for the Torhaus entrance.
From Frankfurt Airport, the organiser lists S8 or S9 connections to Central Station, followed by an onward connection to the exhibition grounds. Choose your entrance around the halls you need to visit, especially when scheduling your first appointment. Consult the official arrival guidance for route and parking information before travelling.
Prepare Your Products and Stand Before Arrival
Plan the display around how buyers will assess your collection:
- Product grouping: Arrange ranges by theme, colour or season, with clear product references.
- Lighting demonstrations: Identify powered displays early and plan cable routes around visitor movement.
- Fragile stock: Allow protected storage for ornaments, spare products and packaging.
- Buyer conversations: Keep an accessible meeting area with catalogues, order details and delivery information.
Regular setup begins on 23 January 2027. From 3 p.m. on 28 January, work is restricted to inside stands while aisle carpeting is laid. Register delivery vehicles in advance and check the applicable hall specifications before finalising construction.
For collection planning, separate the display stock you need on opening morning from replacement stock. Label transport cases against the display plan so installation staff can unpack collections in the right order.
