Qatar Steel needed a stand that projected industrial authority within DWTC’s build-up timelines and structural requirements. We designed an open-plan layout with a double-height branded fascia, backlit ACP panels, literature counters and a semi-private meeting area. All structural drawings were cleared on first submission, and installation finished within the build-up window.

Storage between events, AV rental and special finishes such as glass, backlit fabric and LED walls are quoted separately. Finish and technology matter more than size: a 20 sqm stand with LED video walls can cost more than a 40 sqm modular system. To prepare an accurate quotation, we need your show and venue, stand size and open sides, dates, design brief and any AV or LED requirements. Every quotation is itemised.
For a single UAE show, a local in-house fabricator usually wins on speed, cost and venue familiarity: materials and labour do not need to clear customs, and the team knows DWTC, ADNEC and Expo Centre Sharjah logistics. International contractors make more sense when you need identical stands replicated across several countries, though that often costs more and slows communication across time zones.
If you are exhibiting from outside the UAE, you do not need to be on site during fabrication. We handle design approval, structural submissions and build-up remotely and share progress through 3D previews and scheduled updates.
