Indusfood 2027 - A B2B Food and Beverage Trade Show in Greater Noida

Indusfood 2027 is a B2B food and beverage trade show taking place from 8 to 10 January 2027 at India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It is organized by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) with Government of India support, and connects Indian food producers and exporters with importers, retail chains and trade buyers.

What You Can See and Learn at Indusfood 2027

The organizer groups exhibitors into 25 product categories. They include dairy, bakery and breads, sweets and confectionery, snacks, frozen and ready-to-eat foods, egg, meat and poultry, marine foods, beverages and hot drinks, organic and natural foods, halal food, plant-based proteins, ingredients and private label. Kitchen and cookware and pet food have their own categories.

The programme leans towards export and sourcing. Published sessions include Export Accelerator talks on the GCC (8 January) and Europe (9 January), a masterclass on Saudi SFDA compliance, an FSSAI session on India’s food import rules, and market briefings on Uzbekistan, Abu Dhabi Food Hub, Turkey and Bharat Mart Dubai. Sessions run on Center Stage (Halls 14–15) and the Innovation Stage (Hall 11). The Indusfood Awards and a networking evening follow on 8 January in Hall 2.

Visitor Registration and Stand Booking for Indusfood 2027

Visitors register through the official visitor registration form. The organizer sets entry fees and eligibility rules, so confirm both on the form or by emailing info.indusfood@tpci.in before you travel. Overseas buyers can also apply through the organizer’s separate buyer application.

Exhibitors book space through TPCI’s official stand booking page. Space allocation, pricing and deadlines are handled by the organizer alone. Stand design and build is a separate step that follows once your space is confirmed.

How to Reach India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida

The venue is in Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida. The organizer’s venue page names Knowledge Park II metro station as the nearest metro stop, followed by a short cab ride. It estimates 45–60 minutes by cab from Indira Gandhi International Airport via the Yamuna Expressway, and 30–45 minutes from Anand Vihar Terminal. It also lists more than 4,000 parking spaces. Treat journey times as estimates.

Planning Your Stand for a Food and Beverage Show

Build rules and utility limits come from the organizer’s exhibitor kit. The points below are planning prompts, not venue requirements.

• Sampling and storage: Decide early whether you will serve tastings, and where stock, chilled items and waste will sit.
• Power and cooling: List refrigeration and kitchen equipment with their loads, then check them against the exhibitor kit.
• Meeting space: Buyers come to negotiate, so reserve seating and show a focused range rather than every product.
• Aisle visibility: On open-sided stands, place hero products and your brand name where visitors see them from the aisle.
• Move-in and move-out: Confirm both windows with the organizer before booking transport or labour.
