Light + Intelligent Building Middle East 2027 runs from 12 to 14 January 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre. Organized by Messe Frankfurt Middle East, the trade exhibition brings together lighting, electrical engineering, building automation, integrated AV and digital signage for the region’s building industry.

Its 2027 materials cite 300+ exhibitors and 125+ industry experts, alongside live demonstrations, product launches and hands-on workshops.

How to Register as a Visitor or Enquire as an Exhibitor

Visitors register through the official visitor registration page. Registration is free for eligible trade professionals, admission is subject to entry requirements, and badges are personal and non-transferable. The same registration covers the general conference and workshop programme, which is CPD-certified; seating is subject to availability.

Exhibitors start with the organizer’s intent-to-exhibit form, which asks for your main product group, preferred stand type (open on one to four sides, or double-storey) and stand size. It is an enquiry to Messe Frankfurt Middle East, not a confirmed booking. Stand design and construction follow once space is allocated.

Preparing Your Exhibition Stand for Light + Intelligent Building Middle East 2027

• Lighting display: Decide where products will be seen. Hall lighting competes with product effects, so a controlled demo zone or darker feature area may show fixtures better.

• Open sides and layout: The number of open sides, or a double-storey stand, changes visitor flow and meeting space.
• Samples and storage: Plan sample shipments, spare units and storage so demonstrations are not interrupted.
