PU TECH 2027 New Delhi - 8th Polyurethane Exhibition and Conference

PU TECH INDIA 2027 is the eighth edition of India's polyurethane exhibition and conference, taking place from 20–22 January 2027 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR. Organised by the Indian Polyurethane Association (IPUA), the event brings together manufacturers, suppliers, engineers and industry professionals to explore polyurethane materials, processing technologies and industrial applications.

How to Register or Book an Exhibition Stand at PU TECH 2027

PU TECH INDIA 2027 is a business-to-business exhibition for trade professionals aged 18 and above. Entry is free with registration and a visitor badge. Visitors can register online in advance or complete registration at the venue.

Complete your official visitor registration before travelling to reduce time spent at the entrance.

Companies planning to exhibit must apply separately through the official exhibition stand-booking page. Both built-up stands and raw space are available, with raw-space bookings starting from 24 sqm.

The published standard built-up rates are ₹13,000 per sqm for IPUA members and ₹13,500 per sqm for non-members, plus 18% GST. Exhibitors should confirm current prices and space availability with the event manager.

Official stand allocation and independent booth construction are separate processes.

How to Reach India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida

The venue is located at Plot No. 23–25 & 27–29, Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306, India.

Visitors travelling by metro can use Knowledge Park II station on the Aqua Line. By road, the venue is accessible through the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway.

On-site parking is available. Visitors should allow additional time to reach the exhibition halls, especially during peak arrival periods.

Exhibition Stand Height Limits, Installation and Safety Requirements

Exhibitors booking raw space can begin installation on 18 January 2027 at 10:00 AM, with construction ending on 19 January at 10:00 PM. Built-up stand setup takes place on 19 January, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The organiser specifies several requirements:

• Shell scheme stands have a 2.5m height limit, while standard raw-space structures are limited to 4m.
• At least 30% of the stand area must remain available for visitor movement.
• Wood or MDF cutting, welding and spray painting inside the exhibition halls are prohibited.
• Electrical wiring must use plastic-sheathed cables, with accessible power connections.
• Mezzanine stands require a minimum 60 sqm ground booking and structural and fire-safety certification.

Raw-space dismantling is scheduled for 22 January, from 5:00 PM to midnight.

Exhibitors should review the official stand-building guidelines before finalising technical drawings, material deliveries or installation schedules.
