India Expo Centre & Mart is located in Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, with road connections through the Greater Noida Expressway and Yamuna Expressway.

• Confirm the allocated space. Obtain the official floor plan, booth dimensions, open sides and hall assignment before finalising a layout.
• Plan equipment demonstrations. Chillers, compressors, ventilation assemblies and other heavy exhibits may require suitable floor-loading arrangements, movement access, electrical connections and safety clearances.
• Prepare technical product information. Display measurable specifications such as capacity, energy performance, operating requirements and applications where relevant.
• Separate demonstrations from discussions. Provide enough circulation space for visitors to inspect equipment while allowing technical meetings and supplier conversations.
• Coordinate approvals and delivery. Confirm technical drawing requirements, contractor documentation, utility arrangements, material movement and installation schedules with the organiser.
