IMTEX 2027, the International Machine Tool & Manufacturing Technology Exhibition, will take place from 21 to 27 January 2027 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) in Bengaluru, India. Getting to BIEC in Bengaluru

BIEC is situated on Tumkur Road in the Madavara area of Bengaluru.

Visitors travelling by metro can use Madavara (BIEC) station, which the organiser identifies as providing access to the exhibition venue. Those arriving by car can follow Tumkur Road and check the venue route before departure.

Important IMTEX 2027 Exhibitor Setup and Move-Out Dates

The official 2027 participation guidelines provide different preparation windows for exhibitors using raw exhibition space and shell-scheme stands.

The guidelines identify 20 and 27 January as no-vehicle-movement days within the exhibition site. Exhibitors should coordinate equipment deliveries and installation activities around these restrictions.

For stand planning, IMTEX specifies a minimum of 30 sqm for raw space and 15 sqm for shell-scheme space. Tooltech shell-scheme space has a separate 12 sqm minimum. The guidelines also specify a 4-metre stand-wall height limit.
