India Energy Week 2027 in Kolkata: A New Home for India’s Energy Conversation
India Energy Week 2027 takes place from 28 to 31 January 2027 at the New Town Convention Centre in Kolkata, West Bengal. This fifth edition of the energy exhibition and conference moves to eastern India for the first time, following the 2026 edition in Goa. It is organised by the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry (FIPI) under the patronage of India’s Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
About India Energy Week 2027
The exhibition covers hydrocarbons, power generation, alternative and new energies, technology and services, construction and industrialisation, and AI and digitalisation. Fourteen thematic zones group related technologies on the show floor, including hydrogen, biofuels, LNG, nuclear, sustainable aviation, and digitalisation and AI, plus a start-up zone and a Make in India pavilion.
At least 12 markets are expected to have country pavilions, including Canada, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, the UK and the US. The organisers’ brochure also describes the adjoining Eco Park Ground as outdoor space for large pavilions and live demonstrations.
