Visitors can register through the official form, which requests contact details and a professional category. Save your registration confirmation or I-card and keep photo identification available when travelling. Check the organizer's latest entry instructions before departure.

Exhibitors should use the separate space-application form. It asks for company information, a contact person and the preferred area in square metres. The organizing team confirms availability; submitting a request does not itself secure a particular position.

Before approving a stall design, request the allocated dimensions, open sides, package inclusions and applicable technical instructions. Clarify electrical orders, permitted construction heights and delivery access with the organizer.

Space booking and stall construction are separate arrangements. The organizer handles exhibition participation and allocation. A stand contractor designs and builds within the confirmed space and applicable rules.

Use lighting that makes colours and surface finishes easy to judge. Test mirrors and glass displays for distracting reflections. Keep replacement samples and packaging in accessible storage so staff can retrieve them without leaving a buyer waiting.

Lenses and Instruments: Give Demonstrations Enough Room

Lens demonstrations need controlled viewing conditions. Check the proposed lighting and background with the demonstration equipment before finalizing the display. Keep technical explanations close to the sample being discussed.

For diagnostic or optometric instruments, share equipment dimensions, weight and manufacturer-specified utility requirements with the stand designer. Allow room for the operator, the person taking part and buyers watching the demonstration. Keep cables away from circulation routes and confirm any specialist operating requirements with the equipment supplier.
