Pet Fair Bengaluru 2027: Event Details & Exhibition Stall Fabricators in Bangalore

Pet Fair Bengaluru 2027 takes place on 20–21 February 2027 at Tripura Vasini Palace Ground, Bengaluru. Organized by Creature Companion Magazine, the two-day exhibition brings pet businesses, industry professionals and pet parents together for product discovery, education and commercial conversations. Alongside the main fair, Aquagic Bengaluru covers aquarium products, ornamental fish and aquascaping. Here is how exhibitors can register and prepare a stall.

About Pet Fair Bengaluru 2027

Why Pet Brands Should Exhibit at Pet Fair Bengaluru 2027

Unlike a trade-only event, Pet Fair Bengaluru is designed for both professional buyers and everyday pet owners. Its visitor profiles include distributors, specialist retailers, e-commerce companies, importers, veterinarians, groomers and trainers. Brands can discuss wholesale partnerships with trade visitors while demonstrating products to consumers.

The organizer identifies pet food, treats, grooming products, accessories, pet toys, veterinary-related products and packaging among its exhibitor categories. Businesses entering South India can test product messaging and hear buyer questions directly.

Showcasing Aquarium Products and Aquascaping at Pet Fair Bengaluru

Aquagic is the aquarium-focused segment associated with Pet Fair Bengaluru. Its published categories include tanks, lighting, filters, pumps, plants, fish feed and ornamental fish, along with aquascaping demonstrations and workshops. Exhibitors displaying working tanks should confirm permitted water supply, drainage, floor-loading limits and electrical arrangements directly with the organizer before finalizing a stand design. These are planning checks, not verified venue rules.

Pet Fair Bengaluru 2027: Exhibitor Registration and Stall Booking

Companies seeking exhibition space should use the organizer's 2027 exhibitor enquiry form. The organizer also lists a stall-booking number, +91 82877 68466. Ask for your proposed space dimensions, location, price, package inclusions, electrical arrangements and contractor rules before signing a booking agreement.

Trade attendees can use the business visitor registration page. Pet parents can purchase passes through the official 2027 ticket page, which lists ₹299 for one day and ₹499 for two days. Some specialized Aquagic activities have separate fees. Visitor registration does not reserve exhibition space.

Exhibition Stall Preparation at Tripura Vasini Palace Ground

Confirm allocated dimensions and request the 2027 exhibitor manual, setup schedule, loading access and height or electrical restrictions. Do not reuse rules from other Bengaluru venues without verification.

Adapt your layout to what visitors actually need to do:

• Pet food and treats: Provide reachable packs, readable ingredient information and a separate area for distributor discussions.
• Grooming and accessories: Plan clear demonstration space, product storage and a safe queue that keeps aisles open.
• Veterinary and wellness products: Reserve room for detailed conversations and approved product explanations without making unsupported health claims.
• Aquarium brands: Design equipment access, protective display edges and suitable placements for powered or water-filled installations, subject to approval.

For live animals or demonstrations, confirm permissions and welfare safeguards.

Looking for an Exhibition Stall Builder for Pet Fair Bengaluru 2027?

Booth Fabricators' Bengaluru team provides 3D concepts, custom and modular stall fabrication, graphics, logistics, installation and dismantling. A custom stand may suit a demonstration-heavy launch; a modular or rental format may be better for a compact product range or a business testing the market. Final design, utilities and construction remain subject to organizer approval.

The company's portfolio includes a 28 sqm Doggo Paradiso booth at SUPERZOO 2026 in Las Vegas, a relevant example from the pet exhibition sector, not a Pet Fair Bengaluru project. Request an itemized proposal identifying build materials, graphics, storage, lighting, transport, installation, utilities and exclusions. Identify venue-provided services separately.
